I am a highly qualified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Fitness Science, combined with advanced certifications in personal training and sports nutrition. With a deep passion for empowering women, I specialize in designing tailored fitness and nutrition programs that cater to the unique needs of women in their peri-, pro-, and post-menopausal stages.
My approach goes beyond traditional training methods, incorporating targeted breathing techniques and core-strengthening exercises to address and reduce belly fat—a common concern during menopause. I focus on holistic strategies that support hormonal balance, improve physical well-being, and enhance mental resilience.
As a Sports and Exercise Nutrition Adviser, I provide expert guidance on diet and lifestyle modifications, helping my clients sustain long-term health and vitality during one of the most transformative phases of their lives.
